Recently, the CEO of New Huadu Industrial Group Jun Tang has been involved into a fake degree case. Tang is famous for being the hit work emperor of China. He claimed in his autobiography that he had got doctor degree in computer science in California Institute of Technology. However, according to Zhouzi Fang, a well-know writer, the school fellow list of CIT has never had his name. At first Tang said that these words only appeared in e-book edition which was not formal, and he said he only cared about the normal book. We could see that he didn’t dare to admit that the degree was not fake, he just emphasis that the e-book was not formal. Then journalists showed the paper-book which still got these words on it. Though Tang didn’t response this time, we could see clearly whether it was a lie.
It’s not difficult to lie once, but it IS difficult to tell more lies to patch up the first one. I believe that Tang would never say it if he could foresee these problems. But the thing is as it has happened now, what attitude should he have to suppress people’s question. Obviously he chose the worst way. All people make mistakes, if he could just admit that and apologize to the public, people would show their tolerance. It doesn’t matter how much formal schooling you’ve had; what matters is whether you have real ability and learning!
A normal guy will not cause such an adverse effect, but Tang is too famous. As an outstanding professional manager, he has great influence among young people. He named his autobiography My success can be copied also meant he really hoped to be a public model. More influence, more responsibility. And if it finally proves that this is a fake degree, the public should give him a severe reprimand. We should show the public that a commercial success can be copied, it may bring you wealth and reputation, but a lie would destroy all you have..

i do the operation job and everytime the email i sent to my customers also need sent to my leader , this time i sent the PI to my customer and leader , i have not care the informations in the PI file (the informations are not useful for everyone ) . second day the leader told me that please do not sent the unuseful things to the customers , at that time i get that i have made mistakes . maybe in my mind it was not big problem and never care about it , but it was the job attitude problem that react the staffs from the company on the other side in fact . the leader does not complain me about it , i am thankful to her .
there are many disadvantages myself , they are reacted from the job and life , i knew them from others as i did not see them clearly . everytime i want to do things carefully , but everytime there are mistakes i made no matter big or small unconsiously . i got people can tell you the disadvantages temporarily not forever , so i try my best to advod the mistakes later . i got i was wrong .
